To take the exam remotely, the mobile version of Cisco Webex video presentation tool to provide a camera and the Any Desk computer software to access the driving school’s computer remotely is required. That means that both a smartphone and a computer is necessary for taking the exam.
The trainee receives an invitation to take the exam remotely via the e-mail provided in their contract. The e-mail contains the time of the examination as well as the link that gives access to the exam. The TRAINEE is prohibited to share the link with unauthorised persons.
Before entering the virtual examination room via the given link, the trainee has to provide their name, last name and e-mail. The trainee must give their full legal name and the e-mail specified in their contract.
After entering the virtual examination room, the TRAINEE places their phone against the computer or the computer screen in a way that provides the examiner with a clear frontal view of them but does not interfere with taking the exam. During the examination, the TRAINEE is prohibited to look away from the computer screen, move around their seat, leave the examination, speak to anyone else but the examiner, as well as perform any action that is not related to the taking of the exam. Should the examiner request so, the TRAINEE has to show the room where they are located so that the examiner can ascertain the fairness of the examination.
The TRAINEE presents a passport or an ID card to the examiner. The examiner verifies the TRAINEE's readiness to begin the examination.
The examiner asks the TRAINEES to start the Any Desk program. The examiner gives each examinee (individually and in writing) a digital code that has to be entered in the Any Desk program. Shortly after, the connection is established and the TRAINEE begins taking the exam in the corresponding category on the CSDD website.
Failure to comply with any of the above-mentioned clauses of the agreement section “Procedure of acceptance of an online exam” may result in the interruption of the examination, informing the TRAINEE of the reason (first interruption – warning, second interruption – disqualification from the examination), which may result in failure to pass the exam; the exam must then be taken repeatedly, applying for it in the contractual order for a re-examination.
After the exam has been taken, a DRIVING SCHOOL representative shall inform the TRAINEE on the result of the examination by telephone.
All exams are recorded for quality assurance purposes. The TRAINEE has agreed to it in their contract. The video recording is kept for a maximum of 1 (one) month.
