Driving school theory exam
Log in and apply electronically for the school's theoretical exam remotely or in person.
- It is permitted to take the theory exam several times during the same day, if there is free exam time and space available between attempts. It consists of 30 questions and 1 mistakes can be made, otherwise, the exam must be taken repeatedly.
- The examination can take place remotely or at the Riga Centre branch.
- The trainee can apply for a theory exam if all commitments with the driving school have been settled, the trainee has a valid medical certificate, as well as a first-aid certificate. When arriving for the exam, you must present an identification document.
- If the trainee has applied for examination but cannot attend it, they are obliged to cancel it no later than 24h before the exam takes place, otherwise, the trainee will not receive a refund (to the deposit).
- The driving school enters the data into the CSDD database within 2 working days, following which the trainee can apply for the CSDD theory exam; the trainee will be notified by e-mail once it is possible.
- Immediately after registering for the CSDD examination, the Student must enter the registered examination date in their driving school profile in the section “Theory – CSDD Theory Examination”.
