LLC "Presto Autoskola", hereinafter referred to as the “DRIVING SCHOOL”, and , hereinafter referred to as the “STUDENT”, conclude the following agreement, hereinafter – the “Agreement”:
1.1. The DRIVING SCHOOL shall provide the STUDENT with training for the selected category in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 358 “Regulations on the Training of Vehicle Drivers and Driver Training Programmes” (hereinafter – the “Regulations”).
1.2. Upon conclusion of the Agreement, a profile with a Presto e-account (hereinafter – the “e-account”) is automatically created for the STUDENT. Profile access: username – the STUDENT’s e-mail address specified in the Agreement; password – the Agreement number. After logging in, the STUDENT shall change the password.

3.1. The STUDENT may make payment:
3.1.1. by bank payment card;
3.1.2. by bank transfer based on the Agreement, indicating the Agreement number and purpose;
3.1.3. in cash at the DRIVING SCHOOL office;
3.1.4. with a gift card via the personalised profile on presto.lv (it is possible to pay for the theory course, top up the e-account).
4.1. Lessons will take place – X, ....
4.2. Language of instruction - Latviešu.
4.3. In accordance with the Regulations, the group start date may be postponed if the minimum number of persons required to start training is not met. The DRIVING SCHOOL shall inform the STUDENT of the exact start date of the lessons.
4.4. If lessons do not start within 45 days from signing the Agreement, the STUDENT has the right to request a refund of the paid amount with or without termination of the Agreement.
4.5. A theory lesson is considered attended if the STUDENT has attended all scheduled academic hours on the study day.
4.6. The STUDENT applies to make up missed theory lessons electronically via presto.lv by selecting the preferred branch, day and time. Registration with CSDD is made within 3 working days, after which the STUDENT receives a confirmation e-mail. Only after receiving the e-mail may the STUDENT attend the scheduled theory lesson.
4.7. If the STUDENT cannot attend the scheduled make-up of a missed theory lesson, they must cancel no later than 48 hours before the start; otherwise, the amount paid for the lesson will not be refunded.
4.8. The DRIVING SCHOOL theory examination is organised electronically via the DRIVING SCHOOL website presto.lv.
4.9. The STUDENT is admitted to the theory examination provided that all obligations to the DRIVING SCHOOL are fulfilled and a valid medical certificate and First Aid certificate are available.
4.10. The DRIVING SCHOOL theory exam may be taken once per day. It consists of 30 questions. The STUDENT may make 1 mistake; otherwise, the exam must be retaken.
4.11. Upon arrival for the DRIVING SCHOOL theory exam, the STUDENT shall present an identity document; otherwise, they are not admitted.
4.12. If the STUDENT cannot attend the theory exam, they must cancel no later than 24 hours before the start; otherwise, the fee paid is not refunded to the STUDENT’s e-account balance.
4.13. Within 1 year from registration in the CSDD training group, the STUDENT must pass the DRIVING SCHOOL theory exam. If the theory exam is taken before 18 years of age, it must be retaken upon reaching 18. If the exam was passed before 18, re-registering and retaking the initial exam is free of charge.
4.14. The DRIVING SCHOOL enters data into the CSDD database within 5 working days, after which taking the theory exam at CSDD becomes available; the STUDENT receives an informational e-mail.
4.15. The DRIVING SCHOOL theory exam is organised electronically via presto.lv. On-site examination at the Riga Central district branch may take place only by exception, by applying via phone +371 28813188 or e-mail: info@presto.lv.
4.16. The STUDENT is admitted to the theory exam provided that all obligations to the DRIVING SCHOOL are fulfilled and a valid medical certificate and First Aid certificate are available.
4.17. The DRIVING SCHOOL theory exam may be taken once per day. It consists of 30 questions. The STUDENT may make 1 mistake; otherwise, the exam must be retaken.
4.18. The following are used for remote examination: Cisco Webex video presentation tool on a phone to provide the camera and the Any Desk computer program to perform the remote exam on the DRIVING SCHOOL computer. Therefore, both a phone and a computer will be required simultaneously.
4.19. The STUDENT is invited to the remote exam at the e-mail specified in the Agreement. The e-mail shows the time and the link to enter. The STUDENT is prohibited from sharing the link with unauthorised persons.
4.20. Before entering the virtual exam room using the provided link, the STUDENT is asked to indicate their name, surname and e-mail again. The STUDENT indicates their real name, surname and the e-mail specified in the Agreement.
4.21. After entering the virtual exam room, the STUDENT places the phone against the computer monitor or the computer so that the examiner can clearly see the STUDENT from the front and it does not interfere with performing the exam. During the exam, the STUDENT is prohibited from averting their gaze from the monitor, turning around, leaving the exam area, talking to other persons (except the examiner), or performing actions unrelated to the exam. At the examiner’s request, the STUDENT shows the room to verify exam integrity.
4.22. The STUDENT presents a passport or national ID to the examiner. The examiner verifies the STUDENT’s readiness to begin the exam.
4.23. The examiner asks STUDENTS to start the Any Desk program. The examiner gives each examinee a numeric connection code via online chat, which must be entered in Any Desk. After a moment, the connection will be confirmed and the STUDENT will start the exam on the presto.lv website.
4.24. The STUDENT ensures full participation in the online theory exam with a working camera and microphone, the required software pre-installed, and sufficient internet bandwidth. Otherwise, the examiner may refuse to conduct the online exam.
4.25. Failure to comply with all clauses in the “Online examination procedure” section may result in the examiner terminating the exam, indicating the reason (first time – warning, second time – disqualification), as a result of which the exam will not be credited and must be rescheduled and retaken in accordance with the Agreement.
4.26. After the exam, a representative of the DRIVING SCHOOL informs the STUDENT of the exam result.
4.27. If the STUDENT cannot participate in the theory exam, they must cancel no later than 24 hours before the start; otherwise, the exam fee will not be refunded to the e-account balance.
4.28. The DRIVING SCHOOL enters data into the CSDD database within 5 working days, after which taking the theory exam at CSDD becomes available; the STUDENT receives an informational e-mail.
4.29. A video recording is made for exam control. The STUDENT hereby confirms consent to such recording. The video is stored for no more than 1 (one) month.
4.30. Within 3 working days after passing the DRIVING SCHOOL theory exam, the STUDENT must apply for the CSDD theory exam and take it no later than within 20 days; otherwise, the DRIVING SCHOOL has the right to annul the exam result.
4.31. If the STUDENT does not have a First Aid certificate, they register and pay for the First Aid course on the DRIVING SCHOOL website (https://presto.lv/pirma-palidziba-kursi) or at the DRIVING SCHOOL in person. The assessment takes place at the end of the 2nd lesson. Persons with secondary or higher medical education or studying in such educational institutions are exempt from the First Aid course.
4.32. If the STUDENT cannot attend the First Aid course, they must cancel no later than 72 hours before the start; otherwise, the amount paid will not be refunded.
4.33. If the STUDENT does not have a driver’s medical certificate, the STUDENT selects a medical commission at a medical institution via the DRIVING SCHOOL website (https://presto.lv/mediciniska-izzina), submits an electronic application and payment (special price).
5.1. Before starting driving lessons, the STUDENT undertakes to obtain a driving learning permit at CSDD in person.
5.2. Driving instruction is organised electronically via the DRIVING SCHOOL website presto.lv. Any booking or rescheduling of lessons outside the presto.lv electronic system is prohibited.
5.3. In accordance with Section 2 of the Agreement, upon receipt of the first payment, the STUDENT’s e-account balance is credited by EUR 150.00 for booking driving lessons. Additional payments are made in accordance with Section 3.
5.4. The STUDENT carefully selects, using filters, the desired city, transmission, instructor, date and category, chooses the time and, considering the instructor’s price list, confirms it. Once the deadline mentioned in Clause 5.5 has set in, selection errors can no longer be corrected.
5.5. If the STUDENT cannot attend a driving lesson, they must cancel no later than 24 hours before the start; otherwise, the amount paid for the lesson will not be refunded to the e-account balance.
5.6. The instructor has the right to refuse a scheduled lesson up to 3 hours before the start. In such a case, the amount for the lesson is refunded to the e-account balance. If cancellation occurs less than 3 hours before the start, the DRIVING SCHOOL compensates the lesson fee and additionally credits EUR 20.00 to the STUDENT’s balance.
5.7. Before starting practical training, the STUDENT presents the CSDD driving learning permit to the instructor.
5.8. For each driving lesson, the instructor records in the presto.lv profile the intensity of the lesson, the driving location, and marks the evaluations for the training provided.
5.9. After completing the 10 minimum practical driving lessons (20 academic hours) set by the Regulations, and according to the STUDENT’s performance and readiness for the CSDD exam, the instructor verbally informs the STUDENT about the need for additional lessons or refers them to the DRIVING SCHOOL driving exam.
5.10. Taking the DRIVING SCHOOL driving exam is allowed only after passing the DRIVING SCHOOL theory exam – a note is made in the presto.lv profile.
5.11. Organisation and payment of the DRIVING SCHOOL driving exam take place like any driving lesson by choosing a driving instructor with whom the STUDENT has not trained before. Otherwise, it is counted as a regular lesson and the instructor has no right to mark completion of the driving instruction.
5.12. The DRIVING SCHOOL driving exam is paid like a driving lesson. In Riga, the STUDENT selects an examiner in the driving lesson schedule (EXAMINER RIGA 1, 2, etc.), and outside Riga the STUDENT selects a driving instructor with whom they have not trained. Otherwise, it is counted as a regular driving lesson.
5.13. The driving exam may not be delayed for more than 15 minutes. In such cases, the exam is refused due to insufficient time. The exam fee is not refunded.
5.14. After passing the exam, data is entered into the CSDD database within 5 working days. This allows the STUDENT to take the CSDD practical exam, for which the STUDENT receives an informational e-mail.
6.1. Video theoretical training procedure.
6.1.1. Theory courses are conducted remotely using the platform presto.lv for studies in Latvian and macam.lv for studies in Russian.
6.1.2. The STUDENT ensures sufficient internet bandwidth (min. 20 Mbps) with a stable connection.
6.1.3. The STUDENT is registered in a video training group within one week from the application, after which they receive an e-mail invitation to join the video training platform and instructions. The first login must be made no later than 5 days from receipt of the e-mail, otherwise the user will be blocked (contact administration).
6.1.4. The duration of the theoretical course is from 4 weeks up to 1 year, consisting of 11 sessions (modules). Each module lasts 5 academic hours. One module per day and up to 3 per week may be attended. The theoretical course is considered completed when all theory sessions are attended, the assessment after each module is passed, and the DRIVING SCHOOL theory exam is passed.
6.1.5. The STUDENT listens to 8 theory sessions in video training. They can be watched at any chosen time and pace from Monday to Sunday, except 23:55–00:05 (system synchronisation with CSDD; attendance will not be saved).
6.1.6. During the video lesson, the STUDENT must answer presence-check questions (within 20 seconds); otherwise, the video must be listened to again.
6.1.7. At the end of each video lesson, a test of 10 questions with one allowable error must be taken. The test may be taken 3 times. If the test is not passed, the lesson is not credited and must be learned again. In the video environment, attendance is credited on the day the lesson assessment is passed.
6.1.8. The STUDENT attends 3 theory sessions in person. Each module lasts 5 academic hours. A session is considered attended if, on the study day, the STUDENT has attended and listened to all scheduled hours.
6.1.9. The STUDENT books in-person theory sessions electronically from the 15th training day via presto.lv by selecting the preferred branch, day and time.
6.1.10. Registration with CSDD is performed within 3 working days, after which the STUDENT receives a confirmation e-mail. Only after receiving the e-mail may the STUDENT attend the selected theory session.
6.2. For each session, the DRIVING SCHOOL has access to data generated by the video presentation tool regarding each STUDENT’s participation – day, time of arrival, time of finish, duration in minutes. If the DRIVING SCHOOL finds that the STUDENT has stopped presence for longer than 10 minutes, a “Left the session” mark is made in the DRIVING SCHOOL and CSDD attendance journals. A theory session is considered attended if the STUDENT has attended and listened to all scheduled hours on the study day.
6.3. The STUDENT applies for make-up of missed theory sessions electronically via presto.lv by selecting the preferred branch, day and time. Registration with CSDD is performed within 3 working days, after which the STUDENT receives a confirmation e-mail. After receiving the e-mail, the STUDENT may attend the scheduled theory session.
6.4. If the STUDENT cannot attend the scheduled theory session (first-time attendance for video-learning STUDENT, make-up of a missed session, or a repeated make-up session where attendance has not been recorded), they must cancel no later than 48 hours before the start; otherwise, the amount paid for the session will not be refunded.
6.5. If the STUDENT does not have a First Aid certificate, they register and pay for the course via the DRIVING SCHOOL website (https://presto.lv/pirma-palidziba-kursi). Theory is conducted remotely using Cisco Webex.
6.6. The STUDENT ensures full participation in distance learning with a camera and microphone (computer or phone, primary or peripheral devices); otherwise, attendance will not be credited.
6.7. The STUDENT receives an invitation to the remote session at the e-mail specified in the Agreement. The e-mail indicates the time and link. If 72 hours before the start the invitation has not been received, the STUDENT must immediately contact the DRIVING SCHOOL to resolve the issue.
6.8. The STUDENT should join on time (10–30 minutes before the start) to avoid last-minute technical problems that could hinder participation. In case of problems, the STUDENT immediately contacts the DRIVING SCHOOL administration, using phone +371 28813188 and e-mail info@presto.lv.
6.9. Before entering the virtual training room via the link, the STUDENT indicates their name, surname and e-mail. The data must match the Agreement.
6.10. The instructor begins the session by marking attendance in the attendance register.
6.11. If the STUDENT cannot attend the First Aid course, they must cancel no later than 48 hours before the start; otherwise, the fee paid will not be refunded.
6.12. Persons with secondary or higher medical education or studying in such educational institutions are exempt from the First Aid course.
6.13. After listening to the theory part, the DRIVING SCHOOL sends information on the place and time of the practical part. The STUDENT acknowledges this may be delayed until the end of the state of emergency and will not raise claims. After completing the practical part, the STUDENT will immediately be issued a certificate of completion of the First Aid course.
7.1. By signing the Agreement, the STUDENT confirms that they have read and agree to comply with the DRIVING SCHOOL internal rules.
7.2. The DRIVING SCHOOL has the right to unilaterally amend the Agreement by notifying by phone, in writing or during theory lessons 10 days in advance.
7.3. The DRIVING SCHOOL has the right to terminate the Agreement with the STUDENT without prior notice if:
7.3.1. the STUDENT does not comply with the payment procedure (the Agreement is terminated and data on course attendance is not entered in the CSDD database);
7.3.2. the STUDENT makes illegal payments to the instructor for driving lessons;
7.3.3. the STUDENT has provided false information for the conclusion of the Agreement;
7.3.4. the STUDENT is aggressive during lessons or wilfully damages the DRIVING SCHOOL’s property. In such a case, the STUDENT shall pay the DRIVING SCHOOL for the damages within 3 working days; otherwise, undertakes to additionally pay a contractual penalty in double the amount of the damages.
7.4. If either party terminates the Agreement before term, the amounts paid by the STUDENT are not refunded, except in the case specified in Clause 8.2, and access to the system is closed.
7.5. The STUDENT agrees and the DRIVING SCHOOL is entitled to process the STUDENT’s personal data (collection, storage, registration, entry, transfer to CSDD). The purpose of processing is student registration and provision of services.
7.6. The STUDENT is prohibited from making video or audio recordings during lessons.
7.7. The Parties are not responsible for non-performance of obligations if caused by force majeure.
8.1. If a branch administrator or instructor does not fulfil this Agreement, the STUDENT must immediately inform the DRIVING SCHOOL management using the phone indicated in the details.
8.2. Upon a substantiated claim by the STUDENT, the DRIVING SCHOOL refunds the money for the corresponding part of the training process. The STUDENT must immediately submit a written claim. The DRIVING SCHOOL management reviews it within 10 working days.
8.3. An irreconcilable dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
9.1. The STUDENT has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days from the date of conclusion, if the service has not been used within these 14 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the STUDENT must fill in a written withdrawal form available electronically on the website and submit it electronically or send it to the DRIVING SCHOOL’s legal address: Ģertrūdes iela 19/21-4, Rīga, LV – 1011, Latvia. The withdrawal form can be downloaded HERE. The withdrawal term is met if the STUDENT sends the notification before the expiry of the term.
9.2. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
9.2.1. after the statutory term has expired, i.e., 14 days;
9.2.2. if provision of the service has begun.
9.3. The amount paid by the STUDENT for the service will be refunded in full no later than 21 (twenty-one) days after the DRIVING SCHOOL is informed (receives the withdrawal form) of the STUDENT’s decision to withdraw from the Agreement. The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the STUDENT has clearly agreed otherwise.
9.3.1. Gift cards may be used only to cover training services. Refunds are not possible; if necessary, funds may be transferred to another person studying/to study at Presto Autoskola.
9.4. The DRIVING SCHOOL refunds money for unused service if the application is made within 36 months from purchase, during the Agreement term.
10.1. The Agreement enters into force upon signing. It is drawn up in 2 copies – one for the DRIVING SCHOOL, the other for the STUDENT.
10.2. Term of the Agreement – 3 years.
10.3. The Agreement is terminated if the STUDENT has not started training within 1 year from the moment of concluding the Agreement (Clause 9.4 applies).
10.4. In both cases in Clause 10.3, a new training agreement is concluded for the full scope of training.

9.7. By clicking the SIGN AGREEMENT button, the Parties have concluded this Distance Agreement.
