LLC "Presto PP", hereinafter referred to as the "OPERATOR", and , hereinafter referred to as the "STUDENT", enter into the following agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "AGREEMENT":
1.1. The OPERATOR shall provide the STUDENT with the selected first aid training course. Upon successful completion of the assessment, the STUDENT shall receive a first aid certificate.
1.2. Persons holding a secondary or higher medical education, or those currently studying at an educational institution offering such education, are exempt from the first aid course required for obtaining a driver’s license. The relevant document must be submitted/registered in person with the Road Traffic Safety Directorate (VAS CSDD).

3.1. The STUDENT may make payment:
3.1.1. by bank payment card;
3.1.2. by bank transfer, using the STUDENT’s connection to their personal bank to execute the payment;
3.1.3. by bank transfer based on the Agreement, indicating the agreement number and purpose (subject to prior coordination with the OPERATOR);
3.1.4. in cash at the OPERATOR’s office (subject to prior coordination with the OPERATOR).
4.1. Upon signing the Agreement, the STUDENT will automatically have a profile created in the Presto e-account system (hereinafter – e-account). Access credentials: username – the email address indicated in the Agreement, password – the agreement number. Upon logging into the system, the STUDENT must change the password. The profile will store all documents related to the Agreement.
4.2. Lessons will take place – X, ….
4.3. The language of instruction is Latvian.
4.4. The start date may be postponed if the minimum required number of participants to commence the training is not met. The OPERATOR shall inform the STUDENT of the exact start date.
4.5. The STUDENT shall apply for the first aid course on the OPERATOR’s website (https://presto.lv/pirma-palidziba-kursi) and pay in accordance with Section 3 of the Agreement.
4.6. If the training does not commence within 60 days from the date of signing the Agreement, the STUDENT shall have the right to request a refund of the paid amount, with or without terminating the Agreement.
4.7. If the STUDENT is unable to attend the first aid course, they must cancel the application no later than 72 hours before the start of the course; otherwise, the payment for the training will not be refunded.
4.8. Upon completion of both the theoretical and practical parts, the STUDENT shall take a knowledge test. Upon successful completion of the test, a certificate of completion of the first aid course will be issued.
5.1. By signing the Agreement, the STUDENT confirms that they have read and agree to the internal rules of the course location.
5.2. The OPERATOR has the right to unilaterally amend the Agreement by giving written notice.
5.3. The OPERATOR has the right to terminate the Agreement with the STUDENT without prior notice if:
5.3.1. The STUDENT fails to comply with the payment procedure;
5.3.2. The STUDENT has provided false information for the conclusion of the Agreement;
5.3.3. The STUDENT behaves aggressively during lessons or intentionally damages the OPERATOR’s property. In such a case, the STUDENT shall compensate the OPERATOR for the incurred losses within 3 working days; otherwise, they agree to additionally pay a contractual penalty in double the amount of the caused loss.
5.4. If either party terminates the Agreement before its expiry, the amount paid by the STUDENT shall not be refunded, except in the case specified in Clause 6.1. of the Agreement, and access to the system shall be revoked.
5.5. The STUDENT agrees, and the OPERATOR is entitled, to process the STUDENT’s personal data (collection, storage, registration, entry, transfer to the service provider, CSDD, NMPD). The purpose of data processing is to keep records of STUDENTS and to provide services.
5.6. The STUDENT is prohibited from making video or audio recordings during the lessons due to the copyright protection of the training programs.
5.7. The OPERATOR shall refund the payment for a service not provided if the request is made within 12 months from the purchase date, during the term of the Agreement.
5.8. The Parties are not liable for failure to fulfil the Agreement if caused by force majeure.
6.1. If the STUDENT submits a justified complaint regarding the quality of training, the OPERATOR shall refund the amount for the relevant part of the training process. The STUDENT must submit the written complaint immediately. The OPERATOR shall review it within 10 working days.
6.2. Any unresolved dispute arising from this Agreement shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
7.1. The STUDENT has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days from the date of its conclusion, provided that the service has not been used during this 14-day period. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the STUDENT must complete the withdrawal form available electronically on the website and submit it electronically or send it to the OPERATOR’s physical address: Ģertrūdes Street 19/21-4, Riga, LV–1011, Latvia. The withdrawal form can be downloaded HERE. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the STUDENT to send their notice before expiry of the 14-day period.
7.2. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
7.2.1. after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired;
7.2.2. if the provision of the service has already begun.
7.3. The amount paid for the service under the right of withdrawal will be refunded in full no later than 21 days after the OPERATOR has been informed (receives the withdrawal form). The refund will be made using the same means of payment unless otherwise agreed.
8.1. The Agreement enters into force upon its signing. It is drawn up in 2 copies – one for the OPERATOR and one for the STUDENT.
8.2. Term of the Agreement – 1 year.
