LLC "Presto MED", hereinafter referred to as the "OPERATOR", and , hereinafter referred to as the "CLIENT", enter into the following agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "AGREEMENT":
1.1 The OPERATOR undertakes to provide the CLIENT with a medical examination at the location selected by the CLIENT. Following the examination, the CLIENT shall be issued a medical certificate, contingent upon meeting the health requirements prescribed by applicable legislation.

3.1. The CLIENT may make payment:
3.1.1. by bank payment card;
3.1.2. by bank transfer, using the CLIENT’s connection to their personal bank for payment execution;
3.1.3. by bank transfer, on the basis of the Agreement, indicating the Agreement number and payment purpose;
3.1.4. in cash at the OPERATOR office (agreeing with the OPERATOR beforehand);
4.1 Upon entering into this Agreement, a profile is automatically created for the CLIENT on presto.lv. The CLIENT’s login credentials are: username – the email address provided by the CLIENT in the Agreement; password – the Agreement number. Upon first login, the CLIENT must change the password. All documents related to this Agreement are stored in the CLIENT’s profile.
4.2 On the OPERATOR’s website (https://presto.lv/medical-certificate), the CLIENT selects the medical examination location from the list of healthcare institutions and submits an electronic application along with payment.
4.3 After payment for the medical certificate, the CLIENT will receive a payment confirmation at the provided email address.
4.4 The CLIENT shall contact the chosen healthcare institution to schedule the date and time of the medical examination, considering the selected institution and reception hours listed on presto.lv.
4.5 The CLIENT must attend the medical examination at the healthcare institution, presenting a valid identity document and the payment confirmation received by email (electronic or printed). Following the medical examination, the data will be uploaded electronically within 3 business days.
5.1 The OPERATOR reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement, with written notice.
5.2 The OPERATOR may terminate this Agreement with the CLIENT without prior notice if:
5.2.1 The CLIENT fails to comply with the payment terms;
5.2.2 The CLIENT has provided false information during the conclusion of this Agreement.
5.3 The CLIENT consents to the OPERATOR processing their personal data (collection, storage, registration, entry, transfer to the medical institution). The purpose of data processing is CLIENT registration and provision of services.
5.4 Neither Party shall be held liable for non-performance of obligations under this Agreement if caused by force majeure.
6.1 If the medical institution fails to comply with this Agreement, the CLIENT shall immediately notify the OPERATOR’s management by phone using the contact details provided.
6.2 In case of a dispute, the CLIENT must submit a written complaint without delay. The OPERATOR will review it within 10 business days.
6.3 Any unresolved dispute arising from this Agreement shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
7.1 The CLIENT may unilaterally withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days from its conclusion, provided the service has not been used. To exercise this right, the CLIENT must complete the withdrawal form available on the website and submit it electronically or send it to the OPERATOR’s address: Ģertrūdes iela 19/21-4, Riga, LV–1011, Latvia. The form can be downloaded HERE. The deadline is met if the CLIENT sends the notification before expiry of the 14-day period.
7.2 The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
7.2.1 After the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired;
7.2.2 If the service provision has already commenced.
7.3 The CLIENT shall receive a full refund no later than 21 days after the OPERATOR is informed of the withdrawal decision. The refund will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7.4 The OPERATOR refunds payments for unused services if the request is submitted within 12 months from purchase, within the Agreement term.
8.1 This Agreement takes effect upon signing. It is made in two copies – one for the OPERATOR and one for the CLIENT.
8.2 Term of the Agreement – 1 year.
