SIA "Presto MED", hereinafter referred to as the "OPERATOR", and , hereinafter referred to as the "CLIENT", enter into the following agreement, hereinafter in the text – the Agreement:
1.1. The OPERATOR provides the CLIENT with a medical commission at the selected location, as a result of attending which the CLIENT receives a medical certificate if they meet the health criteria prescribed by law.

3.1. The CLIENT may make payment:
3.1.1. by bank payment card;
3.1.2. by bank transfer, using the CLIENT'S connection to their personal bank to make the payment;
3.1.3. by bank transfer on the basis of the Agreement, indicating the Agreement number and the purpose of payment (subject to prior arrangement with the OPERATOR);
3.1.4. in cash at the OPERATOR'S office (subject to prior arrangement with the OPERATOR);
4.1. Upon conclusion of the Agreement, a profile on presto.lv is automatically created for the CLIENT. Access to the profile: username – the CLIENT'S email address specified in the Agreement, password – the Agreement number. After logging into the system, the CLIENT changes the password. All documents related to this agreement are stored in the CLIENT'S profile.
4.2. On the OPERATOR'S website (https://presto.lv/medical-certificate) the CLIENT chooses a medical commission at one of the medical institutions by making an electronic application and payment.
4.3. After payment for the medical certificate, the CLIENT receives a payment confirmation at the specified email address.
4.4. The CLIENT calls the medical institution and agrees on the day and time for the medical commission, taking into account the selected medical institution and the reception times indicated on the presto.lv website.
4.5. The CLIENT undergoes the commission at the medical institution, having previously presented an identity document and the payment confirmation received by email upon payment for the service (in electronic or printed form). After the medical commission, the data are entered in electronic format within 3 working days.
5.1. The OPERATOR has the right to amend the Agreement unilaterally, notifying thereof in writing.
5.2. The OPERATOR has the right to terminate the concluded Agreement with the CLIENT without prior notice if:
5.2.1. the CLIENT does not comply with the payment procedure;
5.2.2. the CLIENT has provided false information for conclusion of the Agreement.
5.3. The CLIENT agrees and the OPERATOR is entitled to process the CLIENT'S personal data (collection, storage, registration, input, transfer to the medical institution). The purpose of data processing is client records and provision of services.
5.4. The Parties are not liable for non-performance of the Agreement obligations if this has been caused by force majeure.
6.1. In the event that the medical institution does not comply with the terms of this Agreement, the CLIENT is obliged to immediately inform the management of the OPERATOR thereof, using the telephone indicated in the details.
6.2. In the event of a dispute, it is the CLIENT'S duty to immediately submit a written complaint. The OPERATOR shall review it within 10 working days.
6.3. An irreconcilable dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure laid down in the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
7.1. The CLIENT has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement if the service has not been used during these 14 days. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the CLIENT must complete a written withdrawal form, which is available electronically on the website, and submit it electronically or send it to the actual address of the OPERATOR: Ģertrūdes iela 19/21-4, Rīga, LV – 1011, Latvija. The withdrawal form can be downloaded HERE. In order for the withdrawal period to be complied with, it is sufficient that the CLIENT sends their notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
7.2. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
7.2.1. after expiry of the term laid down by law, i.e. 14 days;
7.2.2. if provision of the service has commenced.
7.3. The amount paid for the service, by using the right of withdrawal, shall be returned to the CLIENT in full no later than within 21 (twenty-one) days from the moment the OPERATOR is informed (receives the withdrawal form) of the CLIENT'S decision to withdraw from this Agreement. The refund shall be made using the same payment method that the CLIENT used for the initial transaction, unless the CLIENT has expressly agreed otherwise.
7.4. The OPERATOR refunds money for a service not provided if the application is made within 12 months from the moment of purchase, during the term of the Agreement.
8.1. The Agreement enters into force upon signing. It is drawn up in 2 copies – one for the OPERATOR, the other for the CLIENT.
8.2. Term of the Agreement – 1 year.

8.5. By pressing the button CONCLUDE THE AGREEMENT, the Parties have concluded this Distance Agreement.
